Fix matrices documentation (#952)
* Update names and doc of `Matrix_RotateRPY` and `SkinMatrix_SetRotateRPY` to ZYX Tait-Bryan angles

* Update name and doc of `Matrix_JointPosition` to `Matrix_TranslateRotateZYX`

* `Euler ***` -> `Tait-Bryan *** angles`
